1. Shipping Policy
We offer shipping across India. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. Shipping times vary depending on your location but usually take between 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Handcrafted Timeline
Please keep in mind that many of our pieces are made-to-order. For custom creations, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for our artisans to perfect your soul-inspired gift.
3. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Yugmora creation. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to their personalized nature, custom orders and items on final sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
